Watson even compared it to another popular chain, exclaiming that Guthrie's chicken fingers are more seasoned and better cooked. The signature sauce, reminiscent of the famous Canes sauce, offers a creamy counterpart, while alternatives like ranch and barbecue enhance the flavor journey.

On the side, you can savor fries that have garnered mixed reviews. While some find them underwhelming, the coleslaw has been hailed as a standout, with a freshness that complements the meal perfectly. For those seeking something more substantial, don't miss out on the chicken tender sandwich. Very new chicken finger spot near the intersection of Cheyenne and Simmons in North Las Vegas. It definitely gives me Canes vibes if I’m being honest, I thought the chicken was definitely more seasoned and better cooked than Canes. They do have a signature sauce, which does taste similar to the Canes sauce and if you want something like ranch or barbecue, they also have other options for you to try. The fries was a tossup for worst… As far as the coleslaw I will I will say here is far better in my opinion. The price is also very competitive to Canes. The Customer Service was very fast and everyone was friendly. We got our food to go as far as the ambience and decor goes. There was a lot of information regarding the history of Guthrie’s. Finally, they did have a security guard in the establishment so everyone does feel safe for their surroundings.

Came here two times just so I could get a good feel about this place. First time going I shared chicken tenders and fries with my wife and they did not disappoint tender white meat not dry and great flavoring crispy with a nice crunch when you bite into it. I was really impressed so I decided I would come back for the chicken tender sandwich at another time. I came back to try to sandwich out, it was loaded with the same nice crispy chicken tenders I got the last time now the only down side is I feel like it lacking in the sauce department with that big fluffy soft bun I feel like you need to sauce it up so let’s make it messy!!! For my first time trying this place out the staff was super helpful and patience with my wife and I definitely will come back again to try that chicken sandwich smothered in your sauce.

The orginal 1965 OG sauce I recommend you try this place and compare how the other popular/famous restaurants got their start from. Yes, the others are a little different but this is a most try and compare place. I did enjoy their 4 piece combo pictured below. I would go back but this is the only one in Vegas and a bit far of a drive.
